YOUR TASKS

  • Monitor and analyse the operational performance data of grid-scale solar photovoltaic and BESS assets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance monitoring protocols and tools to track KPIs and metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and audits to evaluate the efficiency and reliability of renewable energy assets.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot operational issues and maximize asset performance.
  • Reporting performance, trends, and recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Preferably degree (HTL/FH/uni) in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of work experience
  • Technical knowledge in power plant (photovoltaic/batteries)
  • Knowledge of SCADA and monitoring tools from different technologies and manufactures is nice to have
  • Proficiency (written / spoken) in English. Italian or German is a plus
  • Drivers Licence - valid within the EU

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 2,700 (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
