YOUR TASKS

• Support and optimisation of client hardware (laptop with accessories, telephony) & software.

• Servicing in the area of helpdesk and 1st & 2nd level support.

• Support, monitoring and optimisation of the server landscape and infrastructure: network (internet lines, firewall, switches), servers (mail/file/print), storage (virtual servers) as well as implementation and control of data backups.

• Planning, support and implementation of the Windows server landscape: Active Directory, Dynamic Name Service, Dynamic Host Client Protocol, Network Policy Server, Internet Information Server, SQL database, Remote Desktop Server, M365 & Azure Cloud etc.

• Collaboration on and implementation of an IT security concept and mobile device management.

• DMS support and development (SharePoint).

• Support in the selection of new software tools in the specialist departments and key user training.

• Carrying out regular disaster recovery tests and data recovery tests.

• Documentation of IT processes and infrastructure.

YOUR COMPETENCES

• Completed training in the IT sector with a focus on system administration (apprenticeship or higher)

• 3 years of professional experience

• Comprehensive interest in various IT topics

• Basic knowledge of programming

• Solid knowledge of English

• Driving licence (B)

• Team player, open and communicative

• Flexible in terms of time if required (for system changes in CCE countries with time differences)

• Structured, accurate and proactive working style

For the advertised position, we offer a minimum monthly gross salary starting at € 3,500 (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
