Project Finance Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Structuring of project financing in the form of equity, mezzanine capital and/or bank financing, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts and reviews of projects and project companies.
• Handling of business models for the calculation of profitability, including their adaptation for business cases and new business models as well as the preparation of project-related cash flow calculations, scenario analyses and ad hoc evaluations.
• Preparation of internal investment proposals (i.e. assessment report and investment proposal) for the relevant decision-makers (i.e. investment committee, management and/or supervisory board).
• Evaluation of project risks, implementation of the CCE investment strategy and criteria and preparation of project assessment reports and investment proposals.
• Coordination and support of due diligence processes for the respective projects including coordination and support of the transaction process including roadmap up to the transfer to the portfolio.
  

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Degree in economics or alternative training in banking/finance.
  
• Professional experience (e.g. in M&A or corporate finance, corporate finance/acquisition finance or strategy consulting).
• Experience in supporting and executing corporate transactions and knowledge of financial modeling.
• Fluency in English (German  would be an advantage).
• Very good MS-Office skills (Excel & Powerpoint).
• High affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills as well as an independent and precise way of working.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative.

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 4,000, - (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
