YOUR TASKS

  • Definition of and responsibility for the content of the legal contractual terms for EPC contracts within CCE Holding.
  • Regular review of contract terms to ensure that they reflect the market situation and risk distribution.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on the legal terms of the contract.
  • Managing the dispute process if required.
  • Managing external legal support.
  • Providing accurate, relevant and timely advice to own and other employees on legal issues relating to our EPC and O&M contracts.
  • Managing and mitigating legal risk through the design and implementation of company policies and processes.

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • University degree in business law or other legal training (public university, university of applied sciences).
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer in a legal department or an internationally oriented commercial law firm, bar exam is an advantage.
  • Experience in international construction contract law/FIDIC.
  • Business fluent in English (at least B2), German and/or other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 6,000 (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
