YOUR TASKS

  • Serve as the primary technical contact during the RfQ (Request for Quotation) and contract negotiation phases, ensuring seamless communication and accurate information exchange between EPCs, engineering teams, and project managers.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to support decision-making processes, ensuring that technical considerations are thoroughly integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Facilitate coordination and information exchange across multiple projects and country units, driving continuous improvement of technical knowledge and project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and validation of Executional Design documents to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project objectives, escalating specific technical issues to the engineering team as needed.
  • Identify potential technical risks early in the project lifecycle and contribute to the development of effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining procedures for reviewing Executional Design documents, contributing to the development of clear guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Understanding of the RfQ process and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of the design and construction processes of large scale PV Power Plants and BESS Systems (Battery Storage).
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for designing and improving processes within the organisation.

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 3,900 (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
