YOUR TASKS

  • Personnel administration and management of personnel files, creation, adaptation and standardization of employment contracts and centralization of digital filing.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and harmonization of personnel data.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting and coordination with the external payroll accounting.
  • Local contact person for the central HR department and collaboration on Group-wide HR projects.
  • Monitoring and implementing all legal requirements regarding labor law.
  • Supporting employees (including the onboarding process) and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Organization of personnel development, implementation of the personnel development strategy, design and implementation of team building measures in coordination with central HR.

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCES

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, HR management, business psychology or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR.
  • Very good communication skills and powers of persuasion.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Team-oriented way of working, open-minded and friendly personality.
