HR Manager - temporary replacement, max. 20 hours per week (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Independent support and handling of the entire (international) recruiting process in close cooperation with the division managers - starting with the job advertisement and placement of job advertisements, conducting interviews and selecting suitable specialists and managers through to making offers and preparing the entry overview, main contact person for applicants and headhunters.
  
• Supporting employees along the entire employee life cycle.
  
• Conception and coordination of personnel development measures, as well as organisation of suitable training and further education measures.
  
• Handling and working on HR projects, designing and implementing employer branding activities in collaboration with the marketing team (social media, campus recruiting, etc.)
  
• Rolling out HR services in the relevant country units
  
• Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Degree in business administration, ideally specialising in human resources management and/or several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working paired with networked and conceptual thinking.
• Service orientation, organisational talent and hands-on mentality.
• Empathic, communicative personality with a confident demeanour.

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 3,500, - (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
