YOUR TASKS

  • Carrying out the entire office management on site

  • Taking over communication at reception and on the phone

  • Assistance activities for the management

  • Organisation and implementation of events, training courses and workshops

  • Booking and administration of travel and hotel bookings as well as travel expense reports

  • Coordination of service providers

  • Management and support of the office community

  • Procurement and administration of office supplies (office equipment, materials, drinks, etc.)

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCES

  • An open, friendly and team-oriented personality who likes to work on site and not remotely

  • Communication and organisational skills

  • Successfully completed training

  • Professional experience in a similar position

  • Independent, structured way of working

  • Enjoy a flexible, dynamic working environment

  • Good knowledge of German and English
