CCE is an international energy transition company that develops, finances, builds and operates renewable energy projects in its core European markets. Our focus is on clean energy solutions based on photovoltaics – from project development and financing through to construction, operation and maintenance, right through to energy management and electricity marketing.

Our work combines climate protection with energy security. With every project, we drive forward the expansion of clean, regionally generated energy and help to reduce Europe’s dependence on fossil fuel imports.

To strengthen our team in Garsten, Upper Austria, we are looking for an accounts clerk.

YOUR TASKS

  • Daily posting of all transactions (bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable)

  • Day-to-day payment processing and dunning procedures

  • Maintenance and monthly updating of the fixed assets register

  • Responsibility for the timely submission of all statutory returns (UVA, ZM, statistical returns)

  • Intercompany reconciliations with international subsidiaries

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including tax returns in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)

  • Carrying out closing entries such as provisions, reclassifications and accruals

  • Assisting with the preparation of consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements

  • Preparation of documentation and records for the statutory audit

Job requirements

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship; successfully passed bookkeeping and financial accounting examinations

  • Several years’ relevant professional experience in bookkeeping

  • Experience in group consolidation would be an advantage; knowledge of Tagetik is desirable

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and practical experience with BMD NTCS

  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

  • A strong aptitude for numbers, as well as an analytical and structured approach to thinking and working

  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to think ahead
