YOUR TASKS
Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting
Processing of business travel expenses
Competent contact person for employment and social security law issues
Creation of employment contracts, side letters, agreements and other HR-relevant contracts
Organization and implementation of onboarding and offboarding activities
Responsibility for time recording and administration of non-performance periods
Communication with external bodies such as ÖGK, AMS, Tax Office
Maintenance and administration of personnel and master data
Support in personnel administration, including annual evaluations and maintenance of our organizational chart
Job requirements
YOUR COMPETENCIES
Completed commercial training
Completed payroll accounting exam, professional experience desirable
Experience with the BMD NTCS payroll software is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Austrian labor and social security law
Good IT user skills (MS Office)
Fluent in German, good English skills
Discreet and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team and reliability

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 2,800,- (for full-time employment). Your salary will of course be based on your individual qualifications and professional experience relevant to the position. You can also expect attractive benefits.
