YOUR TASKS
In the Netherlands (NLD) we currently operate a number of solar PV plants (assets) and will be connected in the future. We are seeking reinforcement for the operation of these plants.
Technical and financial management of solar PV plants.
Constant review of defined internal or external KPI’s and corresponding performance optimisation of the asset (costs & revenues).
Commercial, operational, and consecutive planning, control and supervision of the assets and the service providers.
Contract Management (Manage and review contracts related to operations, maintenance, and other services to ensure terms are favorable and obligations are met
Review the daily operation and maintenance of assets to ensure they operate within regulatory and technical standard
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Preparation of reporting documents related to the operation of the asset.
Coordination with the departments Financial Asset Management and Energy Market
Coordinate with various stakeholders including technical teams, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and investors as well as document management (permits, contracts, inspection reports, warranties, etc.) to ensure aligned objectives and smooth operations. document management (permits, contracts, inspection reports, warranties, etc.).
Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders, especially investors, owners & banks. prepare Commercial Operation & Performance Report (after Warranty Period) together with Operation & Maintenance & Financial Asset Management
Cooperation with Technical Asset Management to ensure that internal global standards are being applied
Job requirements
YOUR COMPETENCIES
Commercial degree with technical knowledge of operations of power plants, or engineering degree with experience in commercial administration of companies.
Dutch native speaker and English at business level.
Confident handling of the SCADA system, of MS Office, especially Excel.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management role either in energy projects or related fields.
Ideally, operational Asset Management experience of energy generating systems and with technical and financial affinity.
Strong interpersonal and social skills
Understanding of the energy market and concepts of commercialization of energy
Understanding of commercial impact of maintenance and operation of solar PV assets
Organisational strength and initiative.
Solution oriented.
