Based in Cologne, we provide commercial support for the German, French and Italian markets - your new position will include controlling for these three countries in particular, offering you a varied, international range of tasks.

YOUR TASKS

  • Commercial support for our project companies in Italy

  • Support with liquidity planning, analyses and forecasts

  • Preparation and support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

  • Support with corporate law issues

  • Co-operation with controlling, external accounting and tax consultancy

  • Support for M&A projects

  • Execution of payment runs, invoice verification and recording

  • Various special tasks such as ad hoc evaluations, process optimisation or further development of digitalisation

Job requirements

YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed commercial training (preferably with additional qualification, e.g. financial or balance sheet accountant IHK or similar) or business studies

  • Confident handling of balance sheet and P&L

  • Professional experience in the commercial sector

  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage

  • Conscientious and independent work with structure and solution-orientation

  • Open and team-orientated personality who enjoys working in a friendly and dynamic environment
