YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting on-site office management

  • Various administrative tasks, such as small research assignments

  • Support with data management (including digitization, forwarding/sending, and structured archiving of documents)

  • Supporting the organization and execution of events, training sessions, and workshops

  • Preparing travel documents

  • Supporting the office community

  • Procurement and administration of office supplies (office equipment, supplies, beverages, etc.)

Job requirements

  • An open, friendly, and team-oriented person who prefers to work on-site rather than remotely

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable and conscientious

  • Self-motivated and structured work style

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital media

  • Enjoyment of a flexible, dynamic work environment

  • Good knowledge of German and English
